HAWKS SET TO PLAY IN 48TH ANNUAL NAISMITH INVITATIONAL
WATERLOO, ON: Continuing preseason action, the Hawks men's basketball team is travelling to Waterloo, Ontario to participate in the Naismith Classic Invitational hosted by the University of Waterloo.
The Naismith Classic will begin Thursday afternoon and continue on through Saturday. The Hawks are set to open up the men's side of the tournament as they battle the University of Manitoba Bisons at 4:00 p.m.
Humber will then play Friday at 8:00 p.m. against the host team, Warriors, and again Saturday against UQAM.
This year marks the 48th year of the annual Naismith Classic tournament, which has hosted many teams from across the country. Last year, Grant MacEwan University from Edmonton, Alberta took home the gold. However, the Griffins will not be in the tournament this time around. This will mark Humber's first appearance in the tournament.

The Hawks begin their OCAA season Wednesday, October 26 at home when they take on the Fanshawe Falcons.
