HAWKS PLAY RARE MIDWEEK HOME GAME WEDNESDAY NIGHT

ETOBICOKE, ON: The Humber Hawks men's baseball team will play on of two midweek home games on Wednesday night at Connorvale, as they host the George Brown Huskies. This night features just a single game, unlike the doubleheaders that are the norm throughout the season. The first pitch is slated for 7:00 pm.

These two teams are placed far apart in the standings, as the Hawks sit in second with a 7-6 record, and the Huskies currently occupy the basement with a mark of 1-10.

Humber visited George Brown to start the season, with the Hawks winning twice by large margins, 10-0 and 9-1.

This game will mark the second consecutive night that the Hawks have played single games. On Tuesday night, the Seneca sting hosted Humber in a make-up game. In fact, the tilt with the Huskies will be Humber's sixth game in five nights.

Moving into the season, the coaching staff has attempted to create depth on the pitching staff, and this number of games will give them an answer.
