HAWKS COMING “LIVE” TO YOUTUBE
Athletics will be changing their stream to the Varsity YouTube channel.
This is an exciting move, as all of the action will be archived almost immediately for viewing. This is your opportunity to catch the games "LIVE" if you are unable to attend, and watch your favorite teams and players again and again.
In what was a new initiative, most fall outdoor sports have been streamed live, and will continue, right through to the championships.
BRTV, the top on-site collegiate sports broadcasting program, have scheduled their broadcasts through December, and they too, will be streaming to the new YouTube channel.
In another aggressive move, should BRTV not be available to cover selected volleyball and basketball games, then the single camera feed used in outdoor sports will broadcast the games – complete with play by play and colour commentary.
