TOP TEAMS IN THE PROVINCE TO CLASH SATURDAY AFTERNOON

ETOBICOKE, ON: Two of the top ten teams in the country will be facing off Saturday afternoon when the no.9 Fanshawe Falcons (8-2, 2nd West) visit the Humber Athletic Centre to battle the no.2 Humber Hawks (10-0, 1st West).  Winners of 26 consecutive games against OCAA opponents, the Hawks will look to stay hot against the province's best defence.

The Falcons have won six of their last seven games, including a blowout win Wednesday night over the Lambton Lions (4-6, 7th West) 73-48.  The Falcons stingy defence was able to hold the Lions to five points in the third quarter.  Guard Laura Vere led the way for Fanshawe, finishing with a game-high 14 points and six assists.
