CENTRAL DIVISION CHAMPION HAWKS LOOK TO STAY UNDEFEATED

ETOBICOKE. ON: Fresh off Saturday's crazy ending, the Humber Hawks Men's soccer team will close out the regular season Tuesday against the George Brown Huskies.

After Saturday's victory against Sheridan, the Hawks clinched top spot in the central division and would like to finish the season on a high against George Brown, who gave them some issues in their first match.

In the first match between the two sides the Hawks and Huskies drew to a nil-nil tie in a game that Humber dominated from start to finish but just couldn't find the back of the net.

Following the tie to George Brown the Hawks responded appropriately and went on a tear the next three games. Humber scored a combined total of 22 goals while just conceding four.

The game has no meaning to Humber, but the Hawks are able to finish the season undefeated with a win or tie. Their only tie of the season came against George Brown.

This will be the Hawks last regular season game before hosting the OCAA Provincial Championships next week. Humber has medaled for five straight years at the provincial level. They've earned four gold medals and one silver medal over that span.

Kick off for Tuesdays match is at 4:30 p.m. at Centennial Park Stadium.
