FORMER HAWKS STAR MARCOS NUNES SIGNS WITH TORONTO FC

Marcos Nunes, a central cog on the Men's Soccer Team's consecutive National Championships in 2012/13 and 2013/14, has signed with Toronto FC II.

In two years as a Hawk, Nunes left an indelible mark in becoming perhaps the countries most dangerous striker. He went a perfect 12-0 in post-season play, capturing a pair of Provincial Titles to go along with the two CCAA Golds. Both of his seasons were capped by being named to the CCAA All-Tournament Team, and in winning the 2013/14 Title Nunes was also named Championship MVP.

His overall record at Humber was 19-2-0, and in OCAA play his Hawks outscored opponents by a 46-8 margin in becoming a tough provinces clear powerhouse.

Humber heads into the 2015/16 season in search of their fifth Provincial Title in six years and third National Championship in the past four.
