HAWKS UP FOR TOUGH BATTLE AGAINST BRUINS

HAWKS UP FOR TOUGH BATTLE AGAINST BRUINS

OAKVILLE, ON: Hawks women's soccer (7-0-1, 1st OCAA Central Division) head to Oakville to take on division rivals, Sheridan Bruins (4-2-2, 3rd OCAA Central Division).

At 12:00 p.m. the blues and baby blues will take the field and battle to clinch a spot in the OCAA provincial tournament. With a win, the Hawks will remain in the top spot, earning a bye and a secured spot into the tournament. If the Bruins pull off a win, the Hawks drop points and enter a do-or-die game on Tuesday against the Seneca Sting.

Earlier this season, the Hawks earned three points with a 1-0 win over the Bruins but not without a fight. Keeping Humber on their toes and the fans on the edge of their seats, Sheridan played rough, tough, and with extraordinary competitiveness. Saturday will be a similar match, as each team needs the points to advance further.

Kick off is at 12:00 p.m. at Sheridan's home field at their Trafalgar Campus stadium.
