HAWKS INCREASE HOLD ON FIRST IN CENTRAL DIVISION

ETOBICOKE, ON: The Humber Hawks women's soccer team, fresh off breaking into the top ten in CCAA National rankings, knocked off the tough Sheridan Bruins by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday night at Centennial Park Stadium.

With the victory, the Hawks record improves to 6-0-1 on the season. Sheridan drops to 3-2-2.

Elysia Prasad scored the only game early in the first half, tingling the twine at the 20 minute mark. Humber played solid team defence the rest of the way to secure the win.

Vanessa Fiore was perfect once again, and recorded the shutout.
