Humber Badminton Set to Host West Regional Tournament
ETOBICOKE – Humber badminton is set to host the 2020 OCAA West Regional Tournament Jan. 31 to Feb. 1 at the North Campus Gym. The action starts at 10 a.m. and two courts will be streamed live on the Hawks Sports Network.
Humber badminton will look to continue its decade long dominance, capturing 23 OCAA titles since 2011.
Ramnish Kumar is the defending national champion in the men's singles discipline, while Chloe Rowe and Victoria Duong are the reigning champions in women's doubles.
Arpit Taneja and Ayubu Touray won the CCAA bronze medal last season, while Harry Cotaras and Elizabeth Duong won the OCAA bronze medal.
