ATHLETICS TO HONOUR 2014/15 CCAA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS
ETOBICOKE; Ontario: The 2014/15 CCAA Men's Basketball and Badminton National Championship teams will be honoured on Friday night at the Annual Varsity Gala ceremony.
Tracy Wong and her partner Adam Dong won the CCAA Badminton Mixed Doubles title, while Olivia Lei snared the Ladies crown.
The men's basketball team, although finishing second in Ontario, went on to defeat VIU (BC) in the national gold medal game, held at Mohawk College in Hamilton.
The Hawks men's cross country team also took home CCAA National honours, but their ring ceremony will take place on October 7/15.
