SPECTACULAR CAREER ENDS WITH MAJOR INDIVIDUAL HONOUR
Kingsley completed his fifth and final year with a number of significant individual awards - at long last. He has been always been recognized as one of the best players in the nation, consistently contributing to team success on the provincial and national level. Due to the fact he plays a less glamorous position on the defensive side of the pitch, he may have been overlooked for major awards, but that changed this year. His selection as the 2018 OCAA Men's Soccer Player of the Year is the right choice. A view at his individual accomplishments this past year made the selection an easy one. His full career achievements puts him in the discussion for significant post-career recognition as well. The coaching staff will make an all-out effort to try and replace his minutes on the field, but they will struggle to find a replacement for his leadership on and off the pitch. As much as this is an award for his play this year, it is his career contributions that will bring people to their feet at the banquet.
