O'CONNOR LEADS No. 2 HAWKS TO ROAD SWEEP OF FANSHAWE

LONDON, Ont: Outside hitter Devan O'Connor (Milton) recorded her third straight match with at least 10 kills and led the no. 2 Humber women's volleyball (6-0, 1st West) team to a 3-0 win over the Fanshawe Falcons (3-5, 7th West) Saturday afternoon.  Third-year setter Gabie Miletic (Windsor) had a team-high 24 assists and Ashleigh Darrach (Newcastle) added six digs to lead Humber.

The Hawks won by set scores of 25-11, 25-17, and 25-16.  Humber recorded a .391 attack percentage, while limiting the Falcons to season-low -0.22.

The Hawks held a comfortable lead in each set and have now won 18 sets with only one loss.

The Hawks return to the Humber Athletic Centre on Thursday, December 1 to host the Mohawk Mountaineers (5-2, 3rd West).  First serve is set for 6pm and will be streamed live on the Hawks Sports Network.
