HAWKS OFF TO FAST START AND LEAD AT CCAA NATIONALS

CHILLIWACK, BC: The Humber Hawks women's golf team soared out to the lead at the 2015 CCAA Women's Golf National Championship on Wednesday in British Columbia. The Hawks, by way of their team score of 155, lead the second place Georgian Grizzlies by four strokes. UBC-Okanagan sits seven strokes back.

Sonia Nagindas of the Hawks leads all players on the individual leaderboard, as she carded a four-over seventy six on the day. This mark puts her three strokes up on her teammate Sheila McKeen and two others.

The third Hawk, Michaela DiMarcantonio is an eighth place, with her score of 83.

The players have two more rounds to play, with the trophy and medal ceremony set for Friday evening.
