HAWKS WOMEN MATCH MEN WITH IDENTICAL SILVER MEDAL
WELLAND, Ontario: The Humber Hawks women's golf team made a nice effort to get back in the gold medal race by beating the champs from Georgian on the day, but in having a good day they distanced themselves from third on their way to the team silver medal.
On the individual side, Sheila McKeen earned the bronze medal after carding the second best score on the day.
Humber will now move on to the CCAA National Championships in Montreal, in two weeks.
