HAWKS WOMEN'S GOLF WIN OPENING EVENT OF THE SEASON
LONDON, Ontario: The Humber Hawks women's golf team, bolstered by their biggest line-up in years, rolled into the first event of the year in London at the Fanshawe Invitational on Saturday. The three player lineup went on to win the team event, outdistancing the second place Georgian Grizzlies.
Team members: Sonia Nagindas, Michaela DiMarcantonio, Lindsay Voogt
The squad, with a player who was unable to attend the first event, will take to the course at Hunters Pointe on Monday, in an event hosted by Niagara College.
