OAKVILLE, Ont – No. 4 Humber men's soccer (7-1-1, 1st Central) will conclude the regular season Wednesday at No. 11 Sheridan (5-0-4, 2nd Central). Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m.
A win or draw for the Hawks will secure Humber's sixth straight division title and 22nd title since 1994.
Last Time Out
Behind the boot of Federico Leal, Humber beat George Brown (4-1-4, 3rd Central) at Esther Shiner Stadium, 3-1.
Nick Frenati made a season-high six saves in the win.
Scouting Sheridan
- The Bruins are the last remaining unbeaten team in the central division.
- Francis Ameyaw leads the team in scoring with six goals but was held off the scoresheet in the draw against Humber.

Previous Meeting
Shorthanded, the Hawks battled the Bruins to a 2-2 draw on Oct. 3 at the Ontario Soccer Centre. Sheridan scored first before Jaineil Hoilett added two tallies to give Humber the lead.
A red card in the 35th minute saw Cody Green dismissed, forcing Humber to play shorthanded for 55 minutes. A penalty kick for Sheridan in the 65th minute tied the match at two.
Playoff Scenario
With a win or draw, Humber will clinch its 22nd division title and will receive an automatic bid in the 2018 Championship tournament at George Brown College.
If the Bruins win, Humber will finish second in the central division and will have to play a crossover match.
