Humber Curling Sweeps Fanshawe Bonspiel
LONDON – The Humber curling program competed in the annual Fanshawe Bonspiel on Jan. 25, finishing first in all three disciplines.
The men's team went undefeated on the day, defeating Mohawk 6-4, Fleming 10-1, and Fanshawe, 6-2.
The women's team also went 3-0 on the day, beating UOIT 8-4, Fleming 10-4, and Fanshawe 8-2.
The Hawks entered two teams into the mixed doubles event, and Humber B was declared the champions after finishing with the same record as Fanshawe B but winning head-to-head. Humber B's only loss came to the Humber A team, who finished the tournament with a 2-2 record.

Humber curling will get set for the 2020 OCAA Provincial Championship Feb. 13-16, hosted by Fleming College.
