McCallum, Sheffield Earn Humber Student-Athletes of the Week Honours
ETOBICOKE – Second-year golfer Hayley McCallum and first-year winger Richard Sheffield have earned Humber Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week honours for the week of Sept. 16-23.

The Humber golf team is off to a blazing start, winning its first four tournaments to begin the season. At Hawk Ridge Golf and Country Club on Sept. 18, Hayley McCallum shot a two-under par 70, to win the tournament by six strokes. The score was a new personal-low round for McCallum, who chipped in for eagle on the tenth hole.

Freshman winger Richard Sheffield helped Humber pick up its first win since 2015, scoring a season-high 28 points in Humber's 68-5 win over Mohawk. Sheffield opened the scoring for Humber in the third minute and finished the match with two tries and nine converts.
