HAWKS RUN WELL IN PREP FOR UPCOMING OCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
SCARBOROUGH, ON: The Humber Hawks women's and men's cross country teams ran well once again, as the OCAA's are just around the corner.
The women placed second as a team, just lagging a bit behind the leaders from Fanshawe(22-44).
Kaitlyn Shuvera (23.32.9) ran to third overall, and second in the racers competing for team points.
The men placed fourth, and although way behind the winners from Fanshawe (26-80), are still in a solid position to grab a podium spot this season.
The 2017 Championships will be taking place Oct. 28 - Fanshawe Conservation Area - London, Ont.
