HAWK MEN & WOMEN RACE TO PODIUM ON CCAA COURSE
BROCKVILLE, Ontario: The Humber Hawks men's and women's cross country teams got the luxury of racing on the course that will be the one deciding the CCAA National Championship. St. Lawrence – Brockville was the host of the 2015 Invitational, and will now welcome the nation as the host of the 2015 National Championships in a few weeks.
WOMEN
The Hawks women's team were the first to test the course, and the results were tremendous, as the ladies won the team title in convincing fashion. The team finished with a score of 16 points, outdistancing the second place George Brown Huskies.
Humber placed an amazing second, third, fourth and seventh. Even the women who did not count in team scoring finished a solid twelfth and thirteenth.
Hannah Carley led the way with the individual silver medal, while Ivon Jaimes nabbed the bronze.
