HAWKS RAKE IN BOATLOAD OF INDIVIDUAL LEAGUE AWARDS
ANCASTER, ON: The Humber Hawks men's soccer team were honoured in a big way for their efforts this season by taking home a number of individual league awards, led by striker Marcos Nunes being named the OCAA Player of the Year and All Canadian. The presentations took place at the OCAA Men's Soccer breakfast banquet on Thursday morning, held at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel.
All in all, the Hawks made fourteen trips to the podium on Thursday morning. In addition to the biggest award available, as mentioned above, Humber grabbed a league and all-time team high seven Central Division league all-stars.
