2019 Humber Golf Tryouts

ETOBICOKE -- The Humber Hawks women's golf team will host tryouts for the 2019 squad on August 26.

All full-time Humber and Guelph-Humber students at all campuses with a 30 handicap or better are eligible to participate in the tryouts.  If you are interested in playing varsity golf, please fill out the prospective student-athlete online registration form to provide us with more information about your athletic background.

Due to the fact that the tryouts are progressive in nature, prospective players may or may not be invited to additional tryouts after they have attended the first tryout.

The first tryout date is scheduled for Monday, August 26 with tee times starting at 8:30 am and will be held at Glencairn Golf Club.  This is an 18-hole tryout and you must be selected to make it to the second day of tryouts.

For those selected, 27 holes will again be played at Glencairn Golf Club on Tuesday, August 27 with tee times beginning at 8:30 am.

The tryout fee will be $70.00 (please bring cash).

Practice rounds can be booked for $67.50 plus taxes (cart extra).  Contact Mike Grierson at (905) 876-3666 ext. 2537 or mgrierson@clublink.ca to book your practice round. This year you can bring friends and/or family for your practice round to make it easier to get out. You can book multiple rounds as you will need all three 9's. Bookings can start after July 20.
