2019 NCBC Tournament Preview

ETOBICOKE – Humber College is getting set to once again welcome the top intercollegiate baseball teams in the country Oct. 24-26, for the 2019 National College Baseball Championship.

All but two games from the 13-game schedule will be played at Connorvale Park. The defending champion Humber Hawks will kick off the three-day tournament against the Thompson River Wolfpack at 10 a.m.

2019 marks the fourth year of existence for the tournament, and the second consecutive year with Humber College as the host team. The OCAA has captured the title all three times, with no repeat winners thus far.

TRU will represent British Columbia, while John Abbott and Lionel-Groulx (making its first NCBC appearance) will represent Quebec. Humber and the top finisher at the OCAA Championship will represent Ontario, while the Holland Hurricanes will represent Prince Edward Island.

All 11 games at Connorvale Park will be streamed live on the Hawks Sports Network. Admission to the tournament will be free of charge.
