MEN’S INDOOR TEAM DEFEAT FANSHAWE TO TAKE ‘B’ TITLE

UPDATE: After defeating Durham 1-0 to open their day at the Redeemer Cup, the Men's Indoor Soccer Team fell to George Brown 2-1, evening their record at 1-1 on the Tournament.

The Hawks then faced off against Sheridan in the 'B' Semi-Final, where they took a 3-0 decision to advance to the Final against Fanshawe. Humber captured the 'B' Title with a 3-1 win over the Falcons, improving to 3-1 at the Cup and 6-2 on the year.

The Women's portion of the Tournament gets underway tomorrow, stay tuned to @HumberHawks for updates throughout the day.

HAWKS INDOOR SOCCER TEAMS HEADED TO REDEEMER CUP

 The Humber Hawks Men's and Women's Indoor Soccer Teams are headed to Hamilton this weekend for the 5th Annual Redeemer Royals Cup.

The Men's Indoor Team is coming off a solid weekend at the U of Guelph Invitational, where Humber went a perfect 3-0 in round robin play, defeating Guelph "B", Guelph Alumni and Brock. The Women's Team opened their season a week earlier at the Centennial Invitational, running the table at 6-0 without allowing a goal all tournament; they outscored opponents by a total of twenty-three.
