Humber captured the program's 19th OCAA title, led by tournament MVP Hannah Manners, who averaged 4.1 p/s during the postseason. Reese Cholette was brilliant defensively, averaging 3.71 d/s, while player of the year, Kennedy Williscroft, averaged 9.36 a/s and 0.5 sa/s.

Making the program's 13th appearance at nationals after winning five straight provincial titles, Humber will open the tournament against the PACWEST runner-ups, the College of the Rockies. OCAA Player of the Year Teyven Blackmore has led the Hawks during the playoffs on offence, averaging 4.3 p/s, while Kyle Gray-Phillips led Humber with a 0.69 sa/s average.
