Humber Rookie of the Year honours for Kwabena Antwi
As a true freshman, Kwabena Antwi joined the Hawks and made an immediate impact. The Rexdale native appeared in 16 games during the regular season – starting in 13 – and averaged 21.6 minutes-per-game.
Antwi finished the season top-five on the team in scoring, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks.
On the big stage, he helped the Hawks capture the program's 16th OCAA title and 16th CCAA medal, sparking his squad with his high-energy play.
Antwi is the seventh men's basketball player to earn Humber Rookie of the Year honours.
