SAULT STE. MARIE, ON: Kaitlin Shuvera, just as she did at the OCAA provincial championships, led all Hawk runners on the day at the 2016 CCAA National Cross Country Championships. Her tenth place finish earned her a 2016 CCAA All Canadian nod.
CROSS COUNTRY TO RUN FOR NATIONAL GOLD THIS WEEKEND

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON: The Humber Hawks women’s and men’s cross country teams will race for CCAA National titles this coming weekend in Sault Ste. Marie. The event, which is hosted by Sault College, will take place at the Crimson Ridge Golf Course. Women (5K) are first at noon, with the men (8K) to follow at 1:00 pm.

KING CITY, ON: The Humber Hawks men’s cross country team raced to the OCAA team silver medal at the 2015 OCAA Championships on Saturday afternoon in King City. Although they were unable to defend their 2015 title, it is still the sixth consecutive year that the Hawks have finished in the top two in the province.

KING CITY, ON: The Humber Hawks men's and women's cross country teams will get a first hand look at the course they will be competing for OCAA gold on, as they will race in the Seneca College Invitational on Saturday morning. The women, winners of the two college events they have participated in, will be the first on course by starting at 10:00 am. The men, also on the podium at both events, will run at 11:00 am.
