Camp Overview
Jr. Hawks Sports Camp, powered by Aspire for Higher, delivers a high-energy, multi-sport experience for children ages 7–12. Built on the foundation of the Humber Hawks, the program introduces young athletes to basketball, soccer, volleyball, and dodgeball in a structured, engaging environment.
At Jr. Hawks, sport is more than just play—it’s an opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership, and learn the value of teamwork both on and off the court. Campers rotate through a variety of activities each day, with a strong emphasis on fundamental skill development through purposeful drills, small-sided games, and competitive scenarios.
Led by Humber varsity student-athletes, each session reflects the culture and standard of Humber Athletics. Campers benefit from hands-on mentorship from athletes who bring experience, energy, and a passion for the game, creating an environment that is both supportive and performance-driven.
Through a balance of skill development, team play, and high-energy competition, campers are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another, and stay fully engaged throughout the week. Along the way, they’ll build lasting friendships, develop key life skills such as communication and cooperation, and gain confidence through active participation.
