Bio
Filomena Aprile was a three-sport athlete and consistently brought success and leadership to the basketball, outdoor and indoor soccer teams. In four years, Aprile was named the soccer team’s Most Valuable Player and OCAA All-Star as a rookie and won eight OCAA provincial championships including three outdoor soccer, three indoor soccer and two basketball titles. Aprile was named Humber’s Female Athlete of the Year as a senior and was later inducted into the OCAA Hall of Fame in 2011. Aprile's ten goals in 2000 have her tied for sixth on Humber's single-season goals list (*as of 2016).
