Simply put, Doug Fox was, and will always be the father of Humber Athletics. Within Humber, he combined vision, passion and hard work to turn Humber into the most respected and envied athletic department in the entire nation. But, perhaps his biggest impact was his relationship with student-athletes, coaches and staff. It is hard to describe how a man could be driven to achieve excellence, and still be able to have even bigger motivation to deliver compassion and care to all he came in contact with. Professionally, outside the walls of Humber, he was one of the most respected administrators in the OCAA and CCAA, and served in leadership roles from president on.
