James' love of Humber and Hawks basketball may be unequaled. His passion is his trademark, and this drives him to be excellent in everything he does in his work and his coaching. He has been the main force behind developing Hawks Nation, and has solidified the varsity team communication process through his use of technology. His voice, a fine combination of reason and vision, has consistently helped the entire department move forward in all areas.
