Bio
Upon joining the Athletics staff, Rick was given the challenge of managing and leading the vast student staff as the first-ever evening facility manager. Almost immediately he changed the landscape, elevating the work ethic while instilling a customer service program that made all guests feel welcome. He was also an integral member of the coaching staff for the immensely successful men's rugby program, and has gone on to multiple terms as the OCAA rugby convenor.
