The word point guard really did not exist, and utilized, like it is now back when Fitzroy wore the maroon and gold. But, it was Fitzroy, who truly structured his game around the fact that one person could control the game and involve the entire team – while also being a threat to score himself. Although he had great players surrounding him, and made them even better.
