- Wed, Sept. 14 complete your own run before 5:45pm (W: 25 mins) (M: 35 mins) (tempo pace) Keep your legs fresh for this upcoming meet at Fanshawe.
- 6:00pm Team Meeting - B204
- 7:00pm gear and photos - Gym A
- 7:30pm meet with Therapy Department in Therapy
- 7:45pm meet with HPC Coaches in HPC A203
