NIAGARA LOOKS TO AVENGE EARLY SEASON LOSS TO THE HAWKS

ETOBICOKE, Ontario: Humber and Niagara met in Welland to open the 2015 season just a few short weeks ago, and the result was a hard fought 2-1 win for the Hawks. In fact, the game was tied at one late, until Humber's Ashley Osorio scored her second of the game to put the match on ice.

Since then, the Hawks have reeled of a 2-0-1 record that has vaulted them into first place in the division, while the Knights have an even 1-1-1 mark since, which puts them in fourth.

The two teams will play Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm, at Humber's new home at the Centennial Park Stadium.

Niagara actually tops the Hawks with eight goals in four games, while Humber has only put up seven. The difference is on the defensive side of the ball, where Humber has only given up two, to Niagara's six goals against.

After the first game, the Humber squad has been getting offensive contributions from a number of players, with six players sharing in the goal scoring exploits. Jackie Lawther has been the star with the Knights, scoring four goals in the four games played.
