Men's Volleyball set to host skills development camp

The Humber men's volleyball team is pleased to announce its 2024 skills development camp dates. The three-time defending provincial champions will host the five-day camp this year beginning on March 11.
Camp Details
Location: Humber College North Campus
Date: March 11 – 15, 2024
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: Co-ed Ages 12-25
Cost: $450/athlete
Deadline to Register: Feb. 16, 2024 (spaces are limited)
Camp Features
- Hosted by the current Humber men's volleyball coaching staff and athletes.
- Specific focus on developing/enhancing skills (passing, setting, defence, serving, and attacking), and volleyball tactics
- Special session led by Humber's Strength and Conditioning Coach and by Athletic Therapy
- Fitness and training
- Injury prevention
- Daily prizes and end-of-camp prizes
- On-site Athletic Therapist
