Extramurals

• Extramural programs are designed to give students the opportunity to participate in healthy competition in various sports and activities, with students from other schools.  Extramural programs are less intense than varsity sports, but more competitive than intramural sports.  Humber North and Humber Lakeshore will participate as separate teams.

Tryout Dates:

• Wednesday, September 11th 7:00pm-8:30pm and 8:30pm - 10:00pm @ Lakeshore Main Gym
• Tuesday, September 17th 7:00pm - 8:30pm and 8:30pm - 10:00pm  @ Lakeshore Main Gym
• Note: You will need to pre-register for a timeslot. This registration will be availible first day of school.
