LAST TUNE-UP FOR HAWKS PRIOR TO OCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS

NORTH YORK, ON: The Humber Hawks men's and women's cross country teams have had a very successful Fall season so far, and will be looking to extend this success at the upcoming Seneca Invitational on Saturday. This race will be the last tune-up before the OCAA Championship that will take place in two weeks, in Sault Ste. Marie.

Humber has run very well on this course in the past, and a solid times and a podium finish by both teams will go a long way in as they look ahead to OCAA and CCAA events.

The women's team have had significant success, winning a number of team titles so far. The men, as what has become the norm, have battled it out with Fanshawe, but have been unable to usurp them at any event this year.

The key to this race is that most school will be in attendance, something that has not happened all season long. This will be key in determining who will be selected to run at the OCAA's  for the Hawks, and the strategies put into play by the coaching staff for both the men's and the women's teams.
