BRIGHT DAYS AHEAD AFTER NEAR TRAGIC ACCIDENT FOR HAWK STAR

Some athletes believe that they are invincible. Some take home all the glory and some get hit hard with bad luck. But there are athletes who overcome their obstacles with a never say die attitude. Cross-Country Captain and multiple CCAA National Champion Daniel Bright was able to do that and he did it with an army of supporters.

BROCKVILLE, ON: Humber has left another mark on the CCAA as one of the most consistent and team oriented cross-country programs in the nation. The Hawks picked up a women’s fifth place and men’s fourth place finish after sweeping the OCAA Provincial titles two weeks ago.

BROCKVILLE, ON: The Humber Hawks men’s cross country team, winners of their first ever CCAA National title last year, will look to repeat as champions this coming weekend in Brockville. The 2015 CCAA event will be hosted by St. Lawrence College, with the race slated for a 12:00 noon start.

St. Lawrence College is the host of the 2015 National event, and the race will be held on the same Brockville course that the Hawks captured an invitational title just weeks ago.
