LAST TIME OUT VS DURHAM

The two teams met at legendary Kinsmen Park in Oshawa on September 16. After the Lords took game one, it was the Hawks who responded in more ways than one. First, they answered by taking game two 8-6 to gain the split, but within the actual game they came back from a 6-3 deficit late to steal the 8-6 win. Four Hawks mashed two hits each in the game, but it was a Durham error in the seventh that proved to be costly, allowing the Hawks to score twice after tying the game a batter earlier. Matthew Stoddart snared the win in relief, while Jason Crouse of the home team was tagged with the loss.

  • Jake Legros is also on the table, also at 3-0 and a perfect 0.00 ERA
  • Sam Dempster, or widely known as the "legendary" Sam Dempster, continues to be the bench boss for Durham
