Timothy Lock earns Humber Male Rookie of the Year honours
Joining Humber badminton for his first season, Timothy Lock came in capturing three gold medals at the 2023 Canada Badminton National Championships.
After going undefeated at the regional tournament at Conestoga, Lock became the seventh player in team history to earn CCAA All-Canadian and OCAA Player of the Year recognition.
The Newmarket native would go on to win the OCAA silver medal and help Humber earn the men's badminton overall team title.
Lock is the fourth male badminton player to earn Humber Rookie of the Year honours and the first since Adam Dong in 2015.
