OCAA Championships

7 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

When volleyball was introduced by the OCAA in 1967, it was originally created as a tournament sport. The Hawks captured consecutive provincial titles in 1974 and 1975 but cancelled the program shortly after due to a lack of student interest.

The program was reintroduced in 1985 but found it extremely difficult to return to the OCAA mountaintop. Despite making the finals four times over the next two decades, Humber would not win another OCAA gold until 2005.

Led by Humber legends Derek Quinn and Terrel Bramwell, the Hawks won three consecutive titles from 2010 to 2012.
