MEN'S VOLLEYBALL SIGN RENAUD FOR 2018-19 SEASON

ETOBICOKE, Ont – Right side Eric Renaud has committed to the Humber men's volleyball program for the upcoming 2018-19 season, announced head coach Wayne Wilkins.

The six-foot-four native of LaSalle, Ont., joins the Hawks from the Sandwich Secondary School in Windsor, and the Sky Volley club volleyball program.

"Eric is a high-flying, hard-hitting lefty from southwestern Ontario, who is coming to Humber College to try and be an instant impact player," said Coach Wilkins, who is entering his 24th season as head coach. "His size and strength along with his impeccable work ethic will make him a force on the Humber Hawks this upcoming season."

Eric has enrolled in the Business Management program at Humber, a two-year diploma offered by the college.

"Humber College is a great school that features a great volleyball program," said Eric. "I want to open and own a business in the future and Humber offers the program that can help me accomplish that."

The Hawks are fresh off their first 15-win season in four years, capturing the 2018 OCAA silver medal. Humber has won 11 OCAA medals in the Wayne Wilkins era.

Eric and the rest of the Hawks will meet at the end of July for training camp.
