OCAA Provincial Championships

The Humber Hawks men's basketball program made their first OCAA playoff appearance in the 1983-84 season, earning a silver medal after losing to Centennial College in a best-of-three series, 2-1. Humber's two losses were by a combined score of three points.

Humber's six consecutive titles from 1991 to 1996 continue to stand as an OCAA record, while its 16 overall championships are still a provincial best.
