The Storyline
Humber rugby sevens (4-1, 2nd OCAA) earned a bye to the semifinal round and will await the results of the quarter-finals to determine its opponent. The semi-final starts at noon on Oct. 30 and will be hosted by the Durham Lords.

Essence Palmer-McCarthy finished with a career-high 40 points in five matches, finishing second in the league in scoring. Captain Daniella Grant finished third with 37 points, while Alica Hayes finished with 27 points and a league-high 11 converts.
