Men’s Golf Finish Fifth at 2021 Provincials

SAULT STE. MARIE – The Humber men's golf squad finished fifth at the 2021 OCAA provincial championship at Crimson Ridge Golf Course on Sept. 22. The Hawks were 33 strokes off the pace for a podium spot, as St. Lawrence captured its first team title in program history.

Humber's team championship streak ends at three and it's the first time the Hawks have not finished on the podium since 1984.

Georgetown native Ryan McAskill paced the way for Humber, finishing tied for fifth shooting 17-over par for a three-round total of 233. The rookie saved his best round for last, shooting a 76 to complete the tournament.

Davey Morton completed Humber's top-15 finishers, moving up six spots on the final day to finish 27-over par.
