Adventure Programs

Adventure programs & activities are available to full-time students only, regardless of skill level or experience.  Programs are designed to encourage participation & camaraderie amongst participants while enjoying a new experience or atmosphere & pushing one's own limits.  The focus of these activities is on inclusion, fun, & trying something new.

Each non-competitive activity includes the use of unique facilities in the community, experienced guides or instructors, equipment rental & tutorial, transportaiton & snacks.  There is also an opportunity to earn campus recreation rewards & network with others who enjoy similar experiences & challenges, enhancing the overall campus experience.

Programs are offered at different times of the year to maximize the participants' experience, some of which include chaniging leaves & record snowfalls.  Some activities are offered during the daytime & others during the evening, both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).  All programs are open to students of any gender identity or gender representation.

Pre-registration is required for all programs & includes a registration fee to be paid at the time of booking.  Space is limited & programs fill quickly.

Past programs have included:  corn maze & farm experience, cross country skiing, curling, 5k fun run-walk-ride, indoor beach volleyball, inflatable obstacle courses, mountain biking, obstacle course racing & CN Tower stair climb.
