WELCOME 

Whether you need to get healthy, spice up your workout, or start from the very beginning, Humber Fitness offers a variety of fitness programs that will help you achieve your goals.

Humber College's fitness centre is available for use to all college students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Humber Fitness offers personal training, group fitness classes, a variety of fitness programs, and special events. 

Waiver

Fill out the waiver to access the North Campus Fitness Centre each time you come to the facility.

Fitness Classes

Once you are in the facility, you may attend any of the fitness classes. Class formats range from Cycle, Fitness Walks, BootCamp, Zumba, Yoga, and more.

Personal Training

Purchase one of our packages and meet with one of our certified personal trainers to create a tailored exercise program to meet your needs.

 

Follow us on our journey to find the perfect balance between life, fitness, nutrition, and work.  We will also look at fitness and nutrition myths and misconceptions.  

Special Events

Would you like to include a fitness class (yoga, meditation, Zumba, etc.) for your class or workgroup?  Contact the Fitness Coordinator for more info on how to set this up.  All classes would be conducted within our fitness studio.
