Featuring Humber Alumni Sam Samaeipour & his new family pup Humber!
Sam came to Humber for Police Foundations and also did a post-grad in Crime Scenes Investigation graduating in 2014. He is currently a unit manager at a large insurance brokerage helping run the digital sales department. Sam also recently added a four legged friend to his family! His favourite season is Summer, he loves the colour green and his favourite TV series is Money Heist. Sam’s favourite athlete is also Christiano Ronaldo.
Extramurals to Sam means teamwork, new friendships amongst peers and most of all, competition amongst other schools. He said “I absolutely loved every moment and every team I was part of -- memories that can never be replaced.”
One memory that stands out for Sam is the alumni night for all former extramural athletes, being able to see all his old teammates and the friendly faces around athletes puts a smile on his face.
Sam’s advice for students is to enjoy every moment at Humber, it goes by quick! He also recommends staying active in any capacity possible as it will help with stress and keep off the freshman 15.
