Blackmore, Bonnick earn Humber Student-Athlete of the Week honours
Marley Bonnick and Teyven Blackmore have earned Humber Athletics Student-Athlete of the Week honours for the week of Jan. 16 to Jan. 22.

Marley Bonnick helped No. 3 Humber women's basketball extend its win streak to 11 straight games to begin the season, picking up wins over Mohawk and Fanshawe.
Averaging only 21.5 minutes in the two games, Bonnick finished the week with 26 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, and four steals.
For Bonnick, it's her first Humber Athlete of the Week selection.

Joining Humber for its second-half run, Teyven Blackmore led the Hawks to a thrilling five-set victory over No. 3 Fanshawe, 3-2. The Ottawa native finished with a team-high 12 points - including ten kills, one ace, and a block. After dropping the first set, Blackmore entered the match and changed the momentum for the Hawks.
After a slow start to begin the season, the Hawks have won four straight matches, including two over nationally ranked programs.
For Blackmore, it's his first Humber Athlete of the Week selection.
